Karen Carter

Executive Director

Karen Carter is the Executive Director of the Myseum of Toronto, an innovative approach to the museum experience, and a new way to experience Toronto’s natural spaces, cultures, history, archaeology and architecture. She has over 20 years experience working and volunteering in a variety of cultural and educational settings in Toronto. She is the co-founder and Chair of Black Artists’ Networks Dialogue (BAND), an organization dedicated to the promotion of Black arts and culture in Canada and abroad.

Nadine Villasin

Director of Public Programs

Nadine Villasin Feldman has been engaging diverse communities through cultural programming and meaningful participation in the arts for over 15 years. The former Artistic Director of Carlos Bulosan Theatre, and co-founder of the youth-led Kapisanan Philippine Centre for Arts & Culture, she developed multi-arts events and cultural festivals that have nurtured a vibrant community of Filipino-Canadian artists and built a platform for Filipino culture and art in Toronto. Nadine has worked with a variety of community-centred arts organizations (VIBE Arts, Kaeja d’Dance, Drum Artz, Reel Asian Film Festival) curating programs, animating public spaces and producing mid to large scale community performance projects.

Josh Dyer

Director of Marketing

Josh is a seasoned marketing professional who got his start serving in a variety of communications and digital advisor roles with the federal government. He’s developed national communications campaigns as well as social media strategies for the likes of Elections Canada, Citizenship & Immigration Canada, and the Canadian Armed Forces. His efforts at Myseum are focused on providing a platform for communities to create and share their own social and historical narratives.

Jessica Pridham

Public Programs Officer

Jess is passionate about collaborating with others to activate her community. She appreciates Toronto’s unique personality and enjoys exploring it in both her spare time and within her role at Myseum. Before finding home in Toronto, Jess was living abroad in Dublin, where she worked in film finance at Allied Irish Banks. This experience motivated her to pursue a future in arts, heritage, and culture. Jess has a background in heritage management, and has volunteer and work experience with organizations including Lord Cultural Resources, the Bata Shoe Museum, and the Hockey Hall of Fame.

Katy Mountain


Katy is an administrative professional with a passion for records management. With six years of experience working within both municipal and private administrative environments, it has provided her with a wealth of clerical knowledge, and allowed her to work with a variety of people from across Canada. Additionally, she has a strong interest in cultural heritage, which she explored through studying archaeology and museum studies. She has previously volunteered as the Secretary, and Outreach Coordinator for the Archaeological Institute of America, and as an Educator at the Royal Ontario Museum. Katy is excited to apply her skills as Administrator for Myseum of Toronto.
